Bradley DeRuiter has over 25 years of business management experience in small and large corporations providing proven leadership and strategic thinking. Prior to founding On Track Results he was CEO of Pervo Paint Company, a privately held corporation that produced traffic marking products and industrial coatings. While at the helm of Pervo Paint he was able to increase revenues from $12 million to over $38 million while also increasing profits as a percent of sales from 3% to 10%. He also led the negotiation of an acquisition of Pervo Paint Company bringing the ownership a profitable return on their investment. Bradley has also held positions of President of Davlin Coatings and Director of Distribution for Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions.
Bradley is a demonstrated achiever with emphasis on continual improvement practices. He is skilled at mining intelligence from financials, finding hidden opportunities for improvement and possible reporting methodologies to keep leadership focused on the financial potential. Whatever your business need, he can bring a creative and inspired perspective to help your company achieve at the highest level. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Westmont College, attended Fuller Theological Seminary in the Masters of Divinity Track.

He and his wife of 23 years Kimiya, are facilitators for the Business Training School. The school is sponsored by the SBA and focuses on training entrepreneurs on how to start a business.
Jeff is an Associate Consultant with On Track Results and most recently founded consultancy, Relate Solutions, and is acting CEO of Design Parliament, which provides sales representation and funding for fashion designers. Prior to this he held executive level positions for several companies, from startups to large direct to consumer businesses. He started his career as a consultant with Kurt Salmon Associates, working his way up to managing many large projects at any given time. During this time, Jeff has developed proven experience in several areas:
Working as part of an executive team to establish strategic company and brand positioning and the resulting initiatives and business processes to support
Selection and implementation of ERP and best of breed business systems
Revamping processes, staffing models, and data intelligence reporting to substantially improve business metrics
Selecting and integrating outsourced partners based on overall business strategies combined with growth and contingency plans
Developing, training on, and implementing leadership development plans
Jeff has hands on experience in back office business operations, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, customer service, drop shipping, and purchasing allowing him to bring a strong cross functional knowledge to bear. Jeff’s leadership skills and performance were most notably recognized when he was awarded the Presidential Award at Oriental Trading Company, the largest direct to consumer retailer of novelty gifts and toys, given to the individual who brought the greatest value to the company through demonstrated results and team leadership.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial, System Engineering from the University of Southern California and an elder at his local church.
